Fender Jazz Bass'75 Vintage Ri Jb75 Old Candy Apple Red Japan Mij 2005

Its a CIJ S-serial, built to a very high standard by Fender Japan not Mexican! There are not many of these out there, they were a domestic-only model in Japan and Fender Japans top of the line Jazz Bass. The OCAR finish with matching headstock was made in small quantities & not exported for retail. They are no longer in production. This one was recently imported from Japan. It has all the top of the line specs including an ash body, USA pickups and beautifully grained ¼ radius rosewood fingerboard (most of these JB-75s had maple fingerboards). It looks great in OCAR with the matching headstock, neck binding, pearl block inlays, 3-ply white pickguard, clover tuners, Fender F stamped neckplate and a pair of Fender Pure Vintage chrome ashtay pick-up covers. Weighs in at 4.4kg (with all hardware attached). Neck is straight, truss rod working, plenty of life in the frets. No modifications, repairs or breaks. It has is in super clean condition for a CIJ bass, with just one little bump on the bottom of the bass, otherwise just light playwear. Complete with gig bag (working but part of zip tab broken off as usual). This was Fender Japans premium Jazz bass back when it was in production and is a rare find today, especially in this finish. A very cool OCAR 75 Reissue Jazz Bass. S, Canada, Australia, Europe and of course the UK.
