Vintage August 1977 Seiko Poor Man's 62MAS 7025-8099 Serviced, All Original

This model is produced only between June to December of 1977. This is one of my favorite all around watch its a sports divers that fit nicely under your sleeve on a dress occasion, I like it so much that I have collected 9 identical pieces through the past 5 years.

Seiko connoisseurs can easily date this watch back to the year 1977 when spotted in your hand. There is no aftermarket Bezels and Dials for this Model.

Improved movement (7005 was replaced with the 7025). On the bezel a triangle was added around the 12 oclock pip.

On the bezel hash marks were added between 12 oclock and 3 oclock. On the dial, the wording WATER 70 PROOF was removed and.

The tiny seconds marks of the dial are all of the same thickness in comparison to the older version where the middle seconds marks were a bit bolder than the marks on the edges (you need to have both models next to each other to spot the difference).
