Fine Japanese wood carving sculpture Noka young peasant resting, Japanese rule countryside character, single wood block, nice details and patina. Artist name on base Saekoku , other inscription seems to have been erased.

Dimensions: H 26 W 30 cm, weight 2.950 Kg + wrapping. Conditions: good, some wear from exposure and time, damage on left hand finger, please see photos.
