Antique Japanese Art Painting Treasure Exhibition Hall Museum Book Japan Vintage

This listing is for a vintage Japanese art book. I acquired this in a storage locker of a man that worked with Japanese antiques and history. I do not speak Japanese, so I honestly don't know much about this.

The cover title mentions Treasure Exhibition Hall, but I have no idea what that relates to. A lot of these books were connected to the Kyoto museum. There is writing and illustrations in the books.
