Antique Japanese Ikibana Bamboo Basket

Very well made, tightly woven Ikibana basket. It has a hole in the bottom for drainage?

That is woven into the design. Other than that, it seems quite perfect.

It is 10 and 3/4" to the top of the basket part and about 9" across.
