Black Japanese 19th C Meiji Silver Wire Cloisonne Vase featuring a very detailed scene of a hawk or falcon perched in a flowering tree. It's decorated on the bottom with other various flowers on a black ground.
The open field on the back also has cloisonne floral bouquet. It is apparently unmarked; unsigned.Condition: It appears it has an old professional repair on the back shoulder, and a smaller spot on the reverse open field; this does not affect the wire decoration. This is shown in the close-up images, but is very difficult to see and photo. It has typical light antique wear throughout. All of the wire decoration appears intact. Please view all of the images, as they are part of this description.
