SEIKO 6139-6012 Automatic Chronograph 1972 Fully Working Great Condition

Made in Japan in 1972. This watch is fully functioning. The chronometer works correctly and resets to zero as it should.

The day and date quickset both work, though the day is a little stiff. This is a great early example of the 6139 movement, which was only released in 1969. This example features a stunning blue dial which looks amazing when it catches the light. See the photos for a better appreciation of the condition. All parts of the watch are original.

The crystal is in very good condition with hardly any scratching and may have been replaced at some point in its recent history. The case is in particularly good condition and retains its sharp edges and original finish.
