The watch secures to a comfortable, extra-long, pressure-vented urethane strap that fastens with a buckle closure. With a light rubber strap, weight is concentrated on the case, making it extremely comfortable in all weather.

The strap is long and very well made. The thick hands and marker fully serves its purpose to be readable underwater.

The day and date indicators line up perfectly after each leisurely change. This 21-jewel, automatic watch winds itself with the motion of your wrist, so youll never need to change the battery. The hardlex crystal is flat and sits about 1mm below the bezel. The dial lettering is neatly executed in the Seiko tradition, with the minute markers being spot-on accurate. Bezel: Red and blue unidirectional bezel.
