Vintage SEIKO JOHN PLAYER SPECIAL AUTOMATIC WATCH 6138-8030 Two Tone Chronograph

While this model is not Seikos first automatic chronograph, it is their first two-register model, featuring 30-minute and 12-hour sub-dials as well as day-date windows and hand winding. The watch measures approximately 40mm in diameter without the crown with an 18mm lug width. I believe that the stainless steel link bracelet is original to the piece. The automatic 6138B movement has 21 jewels and is running well, though the sub-dials do not appear to be working.

Given that this is a vintage watch, you may just want to bring it in for a once over. Cosmetically, the watch, which likely dates to the 1970's presents well, though it does have wear and soiling to the dial/markers/hands commensurate with age and use.
